Right now the only way to put a tag on a machine is to pass through "machine edit" form. So, if you've got a hundred machine, you need to:
This process is not convenient at all! We need a way to put a tag on one hundred machines at the same time. One way could be to put a "checkbox" on each row of "list machine" page, then using a button edit whole selection at the same time (SugarCrm? has this feature implemented very weel. If you remove a virtual machines from an host system, it's impossible to remove that machine also from symbolic. It still remain present on "Virtual Machines" panel, and you need to edit manually the database. Sometime, for development or refactoring purposes, machine names change, and the virtual machines panel becomes a mes of non-existent hosts |
